Niketon Seba Sangstha is a growing non-profit making and grass root NGO/Consultancy which aims at supporting community beneficial initiatives towards building sustainable community development avenues to improving Health, Social services and Entrepreneurship, Disaster Relief and Advocacy local governance promotion, institution building and income generating activities to benefit more and more people. Strategic emphasis on promoting good governance through capacity building of Local Government bodies, service providers remained as focus issues. Niketon Seba Sangstha has further consolidated its position in public health, education and employment generation by building effective partnership with line departments of the government. It’s lessons have been contributing to the sectors more visibly. The year had been successful in respect of rights based activities in the country which will be contributing in establishing rights of women, children for non-formal education.
Niketon Seba Sangstha try to build a number of networks have been established with national and international organizations at home and abroad to expedite and consolidate activities on environment, Water, Sanitation and community health promotion along with capacity building of NGOs and local government bodies. In addition to regular project activities, Niketon Seba Sangstha has taken part in observation of days/events, campaigns across the country as advocacy initiatives with the national government and other stakeholders.
Niketon Seba Sangstha is indebted to the Local partners including the government, the community people in general for their sincere support in implementing the education program planned activities. Before concluding, I would recall the contributions made by the Board of Directors and the General Council of Niketon Seba Sangstha for their very useful support in contributing to our recent efforts. Niketon Seba Sangstha conveys thanks to the interested friends and professionals from across countries during the year for their interest and encouragement to Niketon Seba Sangstha. The dedicated staff members at all levels deserve special thanks for their relentless efforts and contributions in meeting the development needs of the community people for now and for the future.

Message Of General Secretary
“My sincere gratitude to the Al-mighty Allah for His endless Mercy for providing us with the opportunity to serve the humanity in Bangladesh through Niketon Seba Sangstha. We tried to deploy our efforts and endeavors to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Bangladesh with a view to make a poverty-free society.
Since its inception in 2009, Niketon Seba Sangstha is committed to achieving long-term, sustainable changes in the lives of the most marginalized and deprived communities in Bangladesh. Niketon Seba Sangstha is genuinely humanitarian and philanthropic organization and tries to actively participate in the national development programs within its capacity. In 2020, we are implementing out of school children program with primary and mass education ministry in Bangladesh. We try to worked with more partners, increased manpower and fund flow, increased number of projects and showed more professionalism and earned reputation both at the global and national levels. It was also the year of the implementating of the large-scale projects like: “PEDP-4, Out of school children program implementing by Bureau of Non-formal education by Ministry of primary and mass education”.
However, being the chairman of Niketon Seba Sangstha I strongly believe that local support and cooperation should be extended by the well-off members of the society and social leaders to make poverty alleviation process successful. Good governance and local support is always necessary for successful implementation of all programs and projects. Niketon Seba Sangstha intends to expand health service and technical education in a larger scale as well as the women empowerment for the destitute with an integrated approach.
We are thankful to Government of Bangladesh, and our development and funding partners for their continuous support in 2009. I also appreciate the hard work of our team, sponsors, volunteers and well-wishers who remain by Niketon Seba Sangstha and help us make the difference, Specially thanks my executive body who always help this initiatives”.
